Mont Alto, PA - The Lions were on the road today for their final conference match-up of the season. The Lions took on Penn State Mont Alto, and traveled home with a 3-0 loss.
Mont Alto was able to get a quick 25-7 win over Beaver in the first set. Beaver put up a fight in the second set, but still lost 25-18. The final set went much like the first with Mont Alto winning 25-7.
First year Zoie Reid (Salem, OH) finished with 8 kills, 1 ace, and 2 digs. First year Sofia Perez (Bogota, Columbia) finished with 2 kills, 1 assist, and 9 digs. Second year Courtney Simpkins (Palm Bay, FL) finished with 1 kill, 14 assists, and 3 digs. Fourth year Ana Luisa Galante (São Paulo, Brazil) finished with 2 kills and 6 digs. First year Jaiden Strnisa (Clinton, PA) finished with 3 kills, 2 aces, and 5 digs.
