Penn State Beaver's Lady Lions faced off against Penn State Brandywine this afternoon, losing 7-0 in their latest PSUAC matchup.
The first half started with a goal from Brandywine 3 minutes into the match. Beaver struggled to gain possession of the ball as Brandywine attempted shots on goal. The first half ended with Brandywine leading 2-0.
In the second half, Beaver continued to show signs of difficulty as Brandywine scored 4 minutes into the half. Brandywine continued with 4 more goals throughout the half, defeating Beaver 7-0. In net for Beaver was junior Brittany Zahn, who had a total of 11 saves in the match.
