Beaver Starts Season 0-2

Center Twp., PA - Today Penn State Beaver Men's Basketball traveled back to CCBC in day 2 of the tournament to take on Cuyahoga Community College. Beaver was looking forward to taking home a win after losing the first game of their season in day 1 of the tournament. They came out fighting in the first half but fell short with Cuyahoga Community College finishing the half up 49-33. Beaver then came out playing hard in the second half outscoring Cuyahoga Community College 39-35. However this was not enough and Beaver lost 84-72. 

Senior Devon Johnson (Washington, DC) was the player of the game scoring 19 points and shooting 100% from the freethrow line. Senior Izaiah Dickerson (Washington, DC) scored 18 points this game and sophomore Chris Green (Dayton, OH) scored 11 points. 

Beaver will be back in action on November 15 at 6pm EST for the first PSUAC match up of the season taking on Penn State Greater Allegheny. Come out and support or watch the game live on the Rise and Roar Network!
